I had a fantastic stay at this place, the manager was very welcoming, and the twin room was affordable and had a spacious terrace.

The location: right in the centre, close to tourist attractions. On the fourth floor there is a terrace with a nice view.

When we arrived we got a room (200) on the second floor with a funny smell of sewer. But when we made a remark about that, we easily got another room.

The breakfast offered a great selection of options and was healthy and perfect. I greatly enjoyed the room with terrace.

Our room was absolutely beautiful, we had a terrace and an awesome location. The room was spacious and designed very nicely, and in general it was just an excellent choice. I had been studying abroad in Sevilla, and for my boyfriends visit after 2 months apart it was really the perfect place to stay.

We had some difficulty with getting hot water the first day, and no one really had the means to help, but the staff was friendly and the hot water worked fine the second day.

the smell of our room is horrible, like toilet, even we opened the window it does not work.

The room 306 had a avery bad smell coming from the bathroom. It was very bad in the middle of the night. I mentioned this to the girl who was at reception, but she said that nothing could be done.

The hotel was centrally located right near the City Hall and the restaurant / shopping districts. The room was clean and the bathroom was newly renovated, although it was rather small. The front desk staff was extremely helpful.

We were missing a pillow the first night.

The hotel is in a great location close to Barrio Santa Cruz. the staff is consistently courteous and exceptional. - the twin room with a balcony and TV is recommended for a comfortable stay.

Excellent and stunning location next door to La Cartuja Island.

The position was really good for visiting Seville, the rooms were small but the air cond worked well, and the bathroom was clean....etc It was good value - but definetly not luxury!!

The bed was quite hard, the room extremly tight, and the bathroom a bit of a squash!

Good location, not too expensive, nice second room when we asked to change on the second day. Bonne position dans la ville, pas trop cher et la 2e que nous avons prise quand on nous a changé n'était pas mal.

The staff are not all helpful except our night receptionist. The first room 202 was awful, small, smelly, couldnt walk around the beds, the shower was blocked. The restaurant underneath the hotel had some work which started at 6.30am and then 7.15am the second day. WHen we complained, we were told that in Spain, although the legal time is 8.00am, anything goes. Tout le personnel n'est pas très interessé à aider à part le receptionniste de nuit. La 1ere chambre, la 202 etait petite, on pouvait pas faire le tour des lits, elle puait et la douche etait bouchée. L'hotel au dessous de l'hotel a decidé de faire des travaux à 6h30 puis à 7h15 le lendemain à coup de marteaux piqueurs et perceuses. QUand on sest plains on nous a dit que même si l'heure légale est 8h, tout passe en Espagne!
